For the latest generationof builders
In 1996, our parents built a legal practice in Dubai from a single office in Old Dubai, growing it into a multi-jurisdictional practice over 30 years, serving business owners from across the globe. Today, we’re building doYou — for a new generation of founders, in the UAE’s latest wave of growth. Same instinct. Same city. A different kind of business owner.
For founders of global businesses, the UAE is fast becoming a necessary piece of the structuring puzzle. We offer guidance built for exactly that — with transparent pricing and a fully digital process, start to finish.

Azhan Backer
Co-founder, doYou
Azhan previously served as Managing Director of his family's legal practice, structuring over 500 entities across the UAE. He holds a law degree from the University of Warwick, a Master's in Islamic Finance from Durham University, and a Master's in Corporate Law from Cornell University.
Outside of work, Azhan sails, reads more sci-fi than he'll admit to, and has strong opinions on geopolitics whether you asked or not.

Zahan Backer
Co-founder, doYou
Before doYou, Zahan worked as a corporate VC in San Francisco — where he saw firsthand how differently founders build when the right infrastructure exists. He holds a bachelor's in law from the University of Warwick and a Master's in Technology Law, Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Cornell Tech, NYC.
In his free time, you'll find Zahan deep in a Ssense cart he won't check out, replaying Kanye's early catalog, three episodes deep into a cultural anthropology podcast.
