This Privacy Policy explains how DOYOU CORPORATE SERVICES L.L.C., a limited liability company licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Dubai, under trade license No. 1084843, with its registered office at Office D-07, Malak Al Saqar Real Estate Management L.L.C., Al Markaz Al Tejari Al Thani, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("doYou," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data in connection with doyou.ae and our company formation, licensing, immigration, banking facilitation, and compliance services.

doYou is the data controller for the personal data described in this Policy. This Policy is issued in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL"), as amended.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal data we collect through doyou.ae, through our platform, and in the course of providing Services to you, whether you are a prospective Client, a Client, or a visitor to our website.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Identity and KYC/AML Documents.Passport, Emirates ID, proof of address, and other identifying documents required for company formation, visa processing, and the customer due diligence doYou is required to perform as a licensed Designated Non-Financial Business and Profession ("DNFBP").

2.2 Contact and Account Information. Your name, email address, phone number, and any other information you submit when creating an account or communicating with us.

2.3 Payment Data. Your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc., our third-party payment processor. doYou does not store your full payment card details.

2.4 Data Shared with Government and Banking Partners. Information disclosed to UAE government and free zone or mainland licensing authorities, and to partner banks, as a necessary part of filings and account opening carried out on your behalf.

2.5 Website Usage and Advertising Data. doyou.ae uses advertising cookies across ad networks and platforms generally, including AI-driven advertising and targeting tools. This involves collecting data such as your browsing behavior and device identifiers, which is shared with those networks and platforms for targeted advertising and campaign measurement.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to: (a) provide the Services you have engaged us for, including formation, licensing, visa, banking, and compliance services; (b) meet our own legal and regulatory obligations, including AML/CFT customer due diligence as a DNFBP; (c) communicate with you about your engagement; and (d) operate, improve, and advertise doyou.ae and our Services.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under PDPL, we process your personal data on the following grounds: (a) performance of a contract with you; (b) compliance with a legal obligation, including AML/CFT law; and (c) your consent, which we obtain when you create an account, covering advertising cookies and marketing communications. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time as described in Section 6.

5. Cookies and Advertising

5.1 doyou.ae uses advertising cookies across ad networks and platforms generally, including AI-driven advertising and targeting tools, to deliver and measure advertising.

5.2 You consent to this processing when you create an account with doYou. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hello@doyou.ae, and you may also control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We share personal data with: (a) UAE government and free zone or mainland licensing authorities, as required to process your formation, license, and visa filings; (b) partner banks, as required for account opening and their own KYC processes; (c) advertising networks and platforms, via cookies, as described in Section 5; (d) service providers who process data on our behalf, including our hosting and infrastructure providers and Stripe, Inc. for payment processing; and (e) regulators or law enforcement, where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.

7. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of our infrastructure providers, including our cloud hosting providers, are located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where we transfer personal data outside the UAE, we do so only to jurisdictions recognized as providing an adequate level of data protection, or under appropriate contractual safeguards, as required by PDPL.

8. Data Retention

We retain KYC/AML records for at least five years following the end of our relationship with you, in accordance with UAE AML/CFT recordkeeping requirements. Other personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as otherwise required by law.

9. Your Rights

Under PDPL, you have the right to: (a) access the personal data we hold about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data, subject to our legal retention obligations, including AML recordkeeping; (d) receive your data in a portable format; and (e) object to certain processing, including the advertising described in Section 5. 10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our Services are directed at businesses and individuals capable of entering into a contract. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on doyou.ae with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of doyou.ae or the Services after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Policy.
